Now, the Park service is pairing up with a wolf advocacy group and is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the perpetrator. Some believe that this was an act of retaliation for reintroducing the animals back in to the area. Hunters love their elk and deer – and so do the wolves. Whatever the motive, the most depressing thing is that the body was found some 70 miles away from where it could have been killed legally. Oh well. Guess we’ll never learn.
