When Stephen King’s It hit screens in 1990, people were immediately creeped out by Pennywise the clown. Although the book had been released four years before, actually seeing and hearing Pennywise was enough to make most people develop a strong fear of clowns. However, people still couldn’t get enough.
So when news broke that a new feature film version of It would be brought to theaters this year, horror movie fans were incredibly excited.
Well, it looks like the excitement surrounding the movie just got even bigger thanks to the Alamo Drafthouse in Texas. Apparently, the theater is offering a special screening – and fans are really going to love this one.
Not only will people get the chance to experience the film surrounded by other super fans, but there’s a few more added bonuses that might just make it worth taking a trip to Austin.
