The world felt an immense loss July 20 when Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington took his own life.
No one felt the pain more than his loving wife of 11 years, Talinda, and his six beautiful children.

The tributes began flooding social media timelines.
From murals in Russia to music magazines in Germany to musicians around the world, everyone wanted to show their respect for the artist who touched so many lives through his music and lyrics.

However, as Talinda began her attempt at picking up the pieces from her loss, she found strength in the kindness she received after Chester’s suicide. She began to use it to heal others who, like her late husband, felt a loneliness and pain deep inside of them.

Using the hashtags #F*ckDepression and #MakeChesterProud, Talinda (along with members of Linkin Park) began giving fans words of encouragement and urged others to be beacons of love and light.
